Treatment Planning

Treatment planning should be tailored to your individual client. There are many ways to write goals, however, having a cheat sheet can be helpful as you learn to customize goals more specifically to what a client is in need of. Instead of reinventing the wheel each time, get to know the symptoms, the diagnostics, the impact on daily living, and your client's reported experiences. Take a cheat sheet and build from it!
